The goal of the project is to make participating preschool teachers in Iceland bring back home new trends and ideas in outdoor education and to share them with the preschool community in Reykjavík. To do so every participant makes a study visit to one of the host preschools in Norway, Sweden, Scotland, Belgium or Slovenia, to take part in job shadowing for one week.
The Reykjavik Nature School network, e.g. the peer learning groups and outdoor educational courses, will be used to disseminate the experience and new knowledge on outdoor education to other preschools in Reykjavík.
