Preparation Phase (Jun 2015-Dec 2015)
During the first phase of PRISMA the goal is to:
- Prepare the group of Icelandic participants for their job shadowing visits to Europe by using the Appreciative Inquiry method.
- To establish a fruitful connection with partners in the five participating countries.
- To conclude Mobility Agreements for the visits, by decide on destinations and groups of travellers, agreeing upon exact dates of visits and prepare detailed programs carried out at the hosting preschools.
First and Second Travel Phase (Jan 2016-Aug 2016 and Jun 2016-Dec2016)
The two travel phases mirror each other and during both of them this will be done:
- Preparation of travellers by establishing connection between hosts and participants.
- Production of all travel documents, e.g. grant agreements and travel allowances, as well as EuroPass Certificate.
- Meetings of the Icelandic participants that are not travelling during the ongoing phase, where they share their gained knowledge and experiences in outdoor education with others in the peer learning group of the Reykjavík Nature School.
- Participants that have returned from their job shadowing will hand in assignments and learning material.
Evaluation and Summary (Jan 2017- Jun 2017)
The last phase of PRISMA summarizes the project in several ways:
- Evaluation of the project is twofold with direct regard to the key elements of the project; firstly, assignments from participants will be evaluated and secondly, questionnaires answered both by the Icelandic participants and the directors of the participating preschools in Iceland will be analyzed.
- Learning material from the travelling participants will be published. These will show examples of outdoor education projects from five different countries for preschool children.
- Final report of the PRISMA will be delivered to the Erasmus+ office in Reykjavík, Iceland, in June 2017.
